Prior to founding and leading Clutch, Debbie was CEO of TeamSight where she led its digital transformation into AI-powered coaching.

Her unique blend of operational and consulting experience  – honed as Principal Consultant for Patrick Lencioni’s Table Group and CRO for Vindicia and Azerity – enable her to deliver high- impact products and services that drive meaningful leadership growth.

A results-driven leader, Debbie is relentlessly positive and committed to building high-performing teams. She believes that success happens at the intersection of culture, strategy and execution. Known for her humility, honesty and fearlessness, she has worked with executive teams across hundreds of organizations and has delivered keynotes to thousands of leaders at companies such as Google, Intuit and Levi Strauss.

Debbie holds an MBA with an emphasis in Leadership from Santa Clara University and a B.A. in Social Science with a focus on Organizational Behavior from UC Berkeley. She and her husband live in San Francisco, where she recharges by golfing, hiking and skiing.
