Privacy Policy

1. Introduction.This Privacy Policy applies to all the products and services offered by Clutch-Insights, LLC (“Clutch”). Clutch understands the sensitivity of the data we are collecting and appreciate the trust you place with us. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at team@clutch-insights.com.

2. Personal Data. References to data, personal information, or information, are all references to Personal Data. Personal Data means information relating to a living individual who is, or can be, reasonably identified from the information, either alone or in conjunction with other information.

2.1 Who do we collect data about? The buyer of the product, administrators who are supporting the process and the participants of the interviews.

2.2 Type of Personal Data we collect. Contact information which includes name and email address. We use Make to process orders and survey submissions. Tally provides surveying functionality. We store all order and survey information in Airtable, our content management system and data hub. Participants have the option to provide additional information about their gender, age, race, country, industry, department and title. We also collect cookie information. We use first party and third party cookies and tracking services that employ cookies and page tags to collect data about visitors to our website. Emails sent by Clutch also include page tags that allow the sender to collect information about who opened those emails and clicked on links. We collect information submitted through our Contact Us form. We collect device and browser data which includes IP address, operating system version, device type, device ID/MAC address, system and perforation information and browser type. We collect event data that keep log files that record data each time a device accesses our servers. Billing information.
If you make a payment, Stripe will require you to provide your billing details, a name, address, email address and financial information corresponding to your selected method of payment (e.g., a credit card number and expiration date). Coaching Emails. We use Mailchimp to send subjects and participants coaching emails after they have received a Scorecard.

2.3 Use of Interview Data. We use Tally to collect interview data. We de-identify Personal Data prior to sending interview data to Anthropic’s AI tools for analysis. We store the interview answers.

2.4 Confidentiality. Clutch Insights will treat your Content as confidential information and only use and disclose it in accordance with these Terms. However, your Content is not regarded as confidential information if such Content: (a) is or becomes public (other than through breach of these Terms by Clutch); (b) was lawfully known to Clutch before receiving it from you; (c) is received by Clutch from a third party without knowledge of breach of any obligation owed to you.

2.5 Security. Clutch will store and process your Content in a manner consistent with industry security standards. Clutch has implemented appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative systems, policies, and procedures. If Clutch becomes aware of any unauthorized or unlawful access to, or acquisition, alteration, use, disclosure, or destruction of, Personal Data related to your information, Clutch will take reasonable steps to notify you without undue delay. 

3. Safety of Minors

Our services are not intended for and may not be used by minors. “Minors” are individuals under the age of 18. Clutch does not knowingly collect Personal Data from Minors or allow them to order or participate in a Clutch Scorecard. If it comes to our attention that we have collected Personal Data from a Minor, we may delete this information without notice.
