A seasoned operator, she’s built and led product, operations, and engineering teams from seed stage to IPO at companies like Jawbone, HotelTonight (Airbnb), and Pure Storage. As the first Radical Candor coach, she helped shape a framework now used by leaders worldwide, deepening her expertise in leadership at scale.

A trusted advisor to executive teams at Uber, Netflix, Webflow, Google, and more, Stephanie helps leaders navigate the human challenges of building great technology. Teams that she works with make sharper strategic decisions, set clearer expectations, and build higher-performing teams.

She holds a B.A. from UC San Diego, where she researched and published on the social dynamics of innovative economies. Based in San Francisco with her husband, Ryan, and their long-haired dachshund, Waldorf, she spends her free time skiing, hiking, and swimming in the Cascade wilderness.
